Terra Nova's extensive experience in environmental assessment and planning includes land surveys, natural resource assessments and inventories, and a wide range of special studies. We have prepared and processed hundreds of environmental documents in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA).
The firm's experience is wide ranging and includes the preparation of EIS/EIRs for multiple species habitat conservation plans, major stormwater and highway projects, Comprehensive and General Plans, Zoning Ordinances, large scale mixed-use resort developments and energy projects. We have also prepared a variety of NEPA documents for the Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Federal Highway Administration, US Economic Development Administration and the US Department of Energy. Terra Nova staff is very knowledgeable of laws and regulations required for such documentation on Federal, State, county and local levels.
