Transportation Planning

After land use, traffic and transportation represent one of our greatest planning and environmental challenges. Since 1984, Terra Nova has conducted and managed a wide range of traffic and transportation studies, including project-specific design and General Plan scale modeling. Our experience includes systems design and analysis, network modeling, multi-modal systems, transportation systems and demand management (TSM & TDM), "Complete Streets", Transit-Oriented Design (TOD) and other synergistic mixed-use development. Terra Nova has also been instrumental in many federally funded transportation projects and their environmental clearance and permitting.
